Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home employees, Stephanie Arey, PT, Manager of Rehab Services and Roxanne Holmbom, Human Resources Coordinator, were recently honored along with over three dozen other EMHS leaders throughout Maine, for their efforts in the Advisory Board’s Health Care Leadership Academy. EMHS partnered with the Advisory Board, a Washington, DC based organization which provides a wide variety of healthcare research studies, executive education, and daily news regarding health care issues.
Class topics ranged from leading change, problem solving, financial decision making, and teamwork. Arey and Holmbom join 6 other C.A. Dean leaders who have completed the leadership program which began in 2004. EMHS is a leader in providing access to high quality healthcare. |
