Dean’s List – High Honors Recipients 

April 2005

 

Sue Murray: Extraordinary customer service is what all “customers” want and one particular patient called to nominate Sue because she goes above and beyond.  Sue greets her at the door with a warm smile each and every time when she comes for tests. She indicated that Sue always makes sure she has a wheelchair ready for her when she arrives and makes her feel very comfortable.  The patient indicated that she feels much better when she sees Sue and her day is much more pleasant because of her.  The patient indicated that we should be very very proud to have her as an employee.   Sue, you possess excellent “Customer Service” skills and we thank you for going way above and beyond!

 

Dean’s List – Honors Recipients

Kathy Murray: Not only did Kathy think of her co-workers on her own shift, but she was thoughtful enough to remember all 3 shifts in the nursing home when she provided treats for everyone. Kathy, your kindness and generosity is wonderful!

 

Gregg Christensen:  At times it is difficult for patients to come into the doctors office when medical attention is needed.  A patient nominated Gregg because on numerous occasions he has gone to her home to care for her because she was unable to get to the office.
