Meet Sue Murray, Central Registration
Extraordinary customer service is what all "customers" want and one particular patient called to recognize Sue Murray, for her extraordinary efforts. As a central registration representative, Sue wears many hats. From operating the switchboard to accurately entering patient data into our registration system, Sue is a master of multi-tasking. One of Sue’s patients not only realizes the complexity of her duties, but feels Sue goes above and beyond to make her patients feel special. Due to a chronic condition, this patient visits C.A. Dean monthly for tests. Sue continuously goes above and beyond the expectations of this customer. "Sue is right there at the door every time I come, opening the door with a big smile and has a wheelchair ready for me. She makes my day every time I visit, if I'm feeling depressed, I leave feeling better because of Sue's kindness and encouraging words." Sue your commitment, kindness and caring toward this patient and others does not go unnoticed! Employees, like Sue, are the reason why C.A. Dean continues to rise above the health horizon! |
