C.A. Dean provides physician services & primary care through their Northwoods Healthcare division. With one full time physician, two Physician Assistants, and two nurse practitioners, Northwoods Healthcare has offices in Greenville, Guilford, and Monson. Offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 695-5220 for an appointment.
