We are seeking a board certified/board eligible physician to join our growing family practice group. Northwoods Healthcare Family Practice has three primary care practices operated by Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital. Our skilled office staff and providers work as an integrated team to provide our patients with a full spectrum of family care. We offer a supportive, collegial atmosphere, modern office space, EMR, and minimal call schedule. OB optional at a neighboring hospital.

Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home is a 14 bed critical access hospital and 24 bed nursing home located at the southern tip of Moosehead Lake – the gateway to the north Maine woods. Dean is part of the not-for-profit Eastern Maine Healthcare System, a progressive and growing regional healthcare organization, with Eastern Maine Medical Center acting as the tertiary care facility for the region.
